Privacy notice — Preview demos

1. Scope

This notice covers unclaimed Preview Hosts on the ILT demo plane (*.demos.ivyleaguetech.com). It does not cover paying clients’ LIVE WordPress sites after launch.

2. What we collect on Previews

• Technical: IP address, User-Agent, Host/slug, timestamps, basic security logs (rate limits, blocked form posts).
• Demo form interactions: We log that an intercept/modal occurred. We do not treat Preview demo forms as service requests to the named business, and we do not email those submissions as consumer leads to the named business.
• If you contact ILT (email/phone/marketing form): name, contact details, and message you send to us.

3. How we use data

Operate and secure the demo plane; prevent abuse; respond when you contact ILT about claiming a concept or buying services; improve demos. We do not sell personal information.

4. Sharing

Processors that help us run infrastructure (hosting, email to ILT inboxes, security). We do not share Preview visitor data with the named business as if you requested their service through the Preview.

5. Retention

Security and form-attempt logs are kept only as long as needed for abuse prevention and operations (typically days to months), then deleted or aggregated. Contact emails you send to ILT are retained as business correspondence.

6. Your choices

Email leads@ivyleaguetech.com to ask about access/deletion of correspondence you sent us. Some security logs may be retained where required for fraud/abuse prevention.

7. Children

Previews are not directed at children under 13.
